There are air leaks on both sides from the base of the transom.
The main body has 3 air chambers, but they are likely connected internally. When you inflate the rear, the front inflates simultaneously. The floor mat has an air leak at the location shown in photo 8. This should be easy to repair. Photo 11 shows a reinforcing plate for the floor mat.

The rope rollers shown in photos 9 and 10 are completely detached. Other parts are also slightly peeling, so please check the photos.
When deflated, the transom shows significant peeling, but this may make it easier to repair.

Currently, air leaks are confirmed only in the locations described.

The fittings for the dolly attached to the transom have been removed, leaving bolt holes.
