Included Accessories (Bonus):
① Hoppl House Exclusive Fabric Wall + Roof Cover Set (Stored folded after washing, so there are folding creases and stains. Gingham check pattern.)

Instruction manual is not included, but you can find a PDF manual by searching Hoppl House Assembly online, so assembly should be no problem.

There is paint peeling at the connection points of the support poles, but this is in an area that is not visible.
Overall, it is clean and I believe it can still be used without any issues.
