This is a pitch adjustment screw (neck joint screw) for Yamaha saxophones.
This is the GP (gold plated) model for the Flex model.
The Flex model is popular among wind ensemble and classical players, and simply by attaching it, the connection between high and low notes is significantly improved, and the sound quality is enhanced.
It is also known as a favorite item of top players like Kohei Ueno, and is perfect for those seeking a bright and dense saxophone-like tone.
This product was purchased directly from Mr. Shiba in 2020 and used for about a year. However, as I switched to jazz and changed my instrument setup to a jazz specification, it has been stored unused since then.
As sales are scheduled to end at the end of March 2026, this is a very rare item.
