For Kirin-sama: Gots SV950 GP Plated Selmer & Yanagisawa 0.75 Pitch

This is the renowned Gottsu neck screw.
It can be used with Selmer and Yanagisawa models with a 0.75 pitch.

Normally, this product is made of solid silver, but this one has a special gold plating (GP).
I had been using a normal solid silver Gottsu screw for a long time, and then I ordered and compared the GP version. They are completely different. The GP was overwhelmingly better.

I believe that solid silver and GP are a very compatible combination, not just for screws.
The difference was so significant that I think 10 out of 10 people would choose the GP.
The blowing feel is neither light nor heavy. While it may depend on personal preference, it simply adds rich overtones to the sound.
Regular solid silver screws can sound a bit harsh and buzzy, but with the GP, extraneous noise is reduced, allowing the player to blow very comfortably.

I couldn't try out multiple special edition GP screws to select the best one, but this is definitely a great piece.
I purchased it new from Digimart.

It comes with a silicone cover, but I think it sounds better when removed during play.
