Vintage Art Deco Sash Buckle / Scarf Slide Estimated Era: Late 1920s to 1930s (Art Deco Period). A rectangular, openwork filigree frame featuring a central starburst or sunburst motif. The piece is heavily embellished with clear glass chaton-cut rhinestones in a pave-style setting. The edges are scalloped with a micro-milgrain texture. Construction: Cast in pot metal (a common white metal alloy of the era) with a silver-tone rhodium or chrome plating.
