Known for its deep, scalloped edges, this dish is crafted in France from high-resistance Burgundy clay, which is designed to distribute heat evenly for perfectly baked crusts. There is one manufacturing flaw on the inside and some wear to unglazed areas on bottom. Refer to pictures 5- 8 for details.
