■ Includes a total of 42 fierce battles, including his triumphant return match on April 1983, where he defeated Paul Orndorff with a reverse arm-sault for the pin, his grueling match against Yoshiaki Fujiwara at Osaka Castle Hall to challenge Antonio Inoki, and the mixed martial arts match held at the Ryogoku Kokugikan on October 9, 1986, where he became known as the New Fighting King!

Fujinami, Maeda, aren't you going to bite!? Now is the only time for us to do it!, Antonio Inoki: Try to win it with your own strength!, Akira Maeda: Instead of all this talk, we should just do it until we decide who is the strongest, until it's decided!).
