[Product Description]

On April 27, 2026, the internal capacitors of the Game Gear unit were replaced with multilayer chip capacitors that are less prone to liquid leakage. The exterior and interior have been cleaned as thoroughly as possible. Contact restorer has been applied to the internal sound and brightness dials to ensure smooth operation. The contacts of various buttons have been cleaned with contact restorer, and the buttons and keypad have been washed. Operation was confirmed using a Mega Drive AC adapter and six dry batteries. *There is no rust in the battery box, and during operation checks, there were no issues with button responsiveness or sound/brightness adjustments.

⚫︎ The LCD screen shows signs of age-related deterioration, with unevenness and vinegar syndrome visible when the screen is lit. While this does not affect gameplay, those concerned may find it suitable as a base for IPS LCD replacement.

*If you have trouble starting software, cleaning the contact terminals of your software may improve the success rate.
