Vintage late 1980s to early 1990s cottage primitive granny folk art hand-made, hand-painted wooden peg hook hat or coat rack with heart-shaped cutouts. Painted black with pink hooks and heart shaped accents. Nice vintage preowned condition with some light paint loss on the hooks consistent with age, use, and storage. About 19 3/4 long, 3 tall, and 3 1/2 deep.
