This remote control is pre owned, battery tested to show the laser is functional, in good physical condition. The laser will only appear through camera lens, and is not visible to the eye. The buttons have signs of wear, and there is a small crack in the top back. Some remotes may need to be programmed to the device they are bought to replace, while other devices may need to have a hard reset by removing power and re-plugging in before the remote will work, please advice help guides to see if your device will need this if it doesn't work right away.
