This is the TSE (Tone Stability Enhancer) tune-up part sold by Seibold Inc. of Germany.

When installed between the rotors, it provides a moderate resistance, which has the effect of making the sweet spot of the sound clearer. I am listing it because I will no longer be using it.

Personally, I felt it was quite effective.
