Gary Peacock Voices from the Past
10.00 $
Description
This is a work left by Gary Peacock, a bassist famous for Keith Jarrett's Standards Trio, on ECM.
It's a masterpiece with a characteristically ECM-like, mellow sound, featuring a pianoless quartet with two representative ECM horn players, Jan Garbarek on saxophone and Tomasz Stańko on trumpet, at the front. It has likely only been released on CD once and is rarely seen in circulation.
