Because it is a loose powder, it is very versatile: you can apply it dry for a sheer, sparkling wash of color, or wet it with a mixing medium to create a vibrant, foiled eyeliner or liquid eyeshadow. Can be used on the eyes, the cheeks, face, body and hair. Easy to blend, versatile loose powder, high intensity color, multi-effect, sparkly finish. MAC's website states that pigments are sold by weight, not volume so some containers may be filled to the top and others may not. This is a travel size container. New unused, no box.
