●1 Condition of the item:
This is a rental-used DVD. We have confirmed that there are no playback issues on 3 of our players.
Please understand that playback may not be possible depending on your player.

●2 About the jacket and disc:
If you are concerned, we can provide more details in photos, but please consider purchasing after reviewing them.
Sun fading on the jacket spine is standard. We will only note significant scratches or tears above.
Scratches on the disc are also standard. Please assume there are minor scratches. We will only note major, deep scratches similarly.

●3 About the case:
We have replaced the rental cases with commercial cases.
However, if a price reduction or other special arrangement is made, the item may be sent in the original rental case.
Up to 4 discs will be in commercial cases, but works with 5 or 6 discs will be shipped in rental cases.
Also, please understand that shipping with cases becomes difficult for 7 or more DVDs. We can accommodate this, but the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
We can also handle case requests even after the transaction, so please feel free to ask.

●4 Returns:
In the unlikely event of a problem with the item's condition, please contact us within 3 days of purchase. Providing details will allow for a prompt response. However, due to the nature of Mercari and the product, refunds for returns may be difficult. We appreciate your understanding.

● Other notes:
We aim to ship within approximately 1 day of purchase, but delays may occur due to management reasons or other circumstances.
