Description
This is the JK (Yacht-K) Vintage New York 1-1/2C model, with a throat of 3.8mm and a B back bore.
This model was born from a re-examination of the most reputable and representative mouthpieces produced in New York during the 1950s-60s.
The B back bore is standard for the Vintage New York model.
The inner rim diameter is 16.8mm. While the cup is slightly deeper than a Bach C cup, the clear inner edge of the rim makes it easy to control regardless of the slightly deeper cup and throat size. I believe this model is suitable for both rotary and piston instruments.
It has been used only a few times for testing, so there are some scuff marks on the shank, but no noticeable scratches or dents.
It will be shipped with its original box.
