Vintage MCM Sasha Brastoff Turquoise Blue Art Pottery Bud Vase Peacock Design

This vintage Sasha Brastoff vase has the bold, graphic style that made his mid century pottery so recognizable. Finished in a beautiful matte turquoise blue glaze, it features an abstract pattern that resembles peacock feathers wrapping around the body. The design is signed with Sasha Brastoff’s “Sasha B” signature in the lower right corner of one side and dates to approximately 1953 to 1962.  Its tall, tapered form works well as a bud vase or as a standalone piece in a mid century modern collection. The matte glaze and striking color make it an eye-catching display piece.  Condition: Very good vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs noted. There are several light, very shallow surface abrasions consistent with age and normal handling. They are cosmetic only and do not detract from the overall appearance or affect the structural integrity of the piece.
