Old Engraving GIARDINELLI 17S Cornet Mouthpiece Trumpet
117.48 $
Description
This is a Giardinelli mouthpiece, favored by countless famous players such as Miles Davis, Maynard Ferguson, and Chuck Mangione.
It is from the old stamp era, known for its meticulous craftsmanship, and was made by the same craftsman (specifically, several staff members like Greg Black were employed) during the period these artists used them.
The stamp reads GIARDINELLI NEW YORK 17S.
It has a smaller diameter than a Bach 12 and a shallow cup.
It can be used for jazz performances on an American cornet or as a mouthpiece for a piccolo trumpet.
It is not plated and is in its original brass state.
It is a 2-piece design with a screw rim.
In recent years, small-sized Giardinelli mouthpieces with the old stamp have become extremely rare on the market.
This is a great opportunity as we are offering it at a low price!
Please feel free to contact us with any questions or price negotiations.
Thank you very much.
