This is a distinctive Bayer-branded  advertising pen presentation set, produced as a custom promotional item and not sold at retail. The set includes six matching wooden ballpoint pens displayed in a solid wood case with a glass lid, decorative inlay border, and gold-tone hinges.   The front of the case is engraved “Bayer – Bulk DF System.” The interior features a black felt-lined insert designed to hold seven pens, though six pens are included.
