Vintage Lucerne White Ladies Watch Swiss Made

Description
This is a beautiful watch! It currently doesn't run, but I think the battery is just dead. However since it's been a long time since it was used, I can't guarantee it'll work. It is 8 inches long. There is also a scratch on the front and it's a little foggy. Please see pictures.
