New, unused item.
I purchased it, but it was not approved for use by my mountaineering club.
It arrived last week from the Italian climbing shop Oliunid. I opened the packaging tape to confirm its authenticity and verified the presence of the CE certification serial number.
The manufacturer's instruction manual has also been opened, but the included pin for canceling the panic prevention function is unopened.

Belay device with brake assist function.
It can be attached to the harness belay loop without a carabiner, and by lowering the device's position, it allows for more rope to be paid out.
For rappelling and lowering, the lever allows for speed adjustment, and the panic prevention function enables safer operation.
