This is a set of E, A, D, and G strings for the Evah Pirazzi synthetic violin strings, the highest quality from PIRASTRO. This set is for fractional sizes: 1/2-3/4.
These strings are popular for their very strong and powerful tone. PIRASTRO's website describes them as ideal for soloists, rich in overtones and complex resonance, and excellent response. When I played in a competition and recital using these strings, one of the judges commented very favorably on the tone.
I kept these as spare strings, new and unused, for several months. I am now selling them because I have outgrown my fractional violin and am moving to a full-size instrument.
