This was used by my child for baton twirling lessons.
Over time, it has become cloudy white (on the back of the tiara, where it inserts into the hair, etc.).
It is not rusted black.
I believe it can be used for children's lessons, as well as for adult events and photoshoots.

Worn approximately 5 times.
No crystals have fallen off.
