They've definitely been worn so they do have scuff scratches and dirt throughout, in addition, there's an area in the last photo showing the upper boot area around the ankle on the exterior that has peeled apart a bit. One other thing I'd like to mention is that the previous owner definitely had a pet, there's pet hair on the interior of the boot and lightly along the sides.
