Rare Item Hitachi Electric Fan S-404 Showa Retro 40cm Metal Fan

This is a large Hitachi fan (40cm diameter).
Manufactured in the year of the Tokyo Olympics (1964), this product is 62 years old.
It has the last metal blades; subsequent models likely used plastic.
At the time, with a 40cm blade diameter and adjustable height of approximately 1300mm to 1700mm, it was one of the largest.
The cast iron frame brings the weight to approximately 20kg, also making it one of the heaviest.
The oscillation angle can be set to any angle from 0 to 90 degrees, a top-of-the-line feature.
Naturally, it was in the highest price range of the lineup.
You can experience a comfortable breeze unique to its large diameter blades.

Condition:
Rotation, oscillation, and height adjustment all function.
There is deterioration due to age, including rust, dirt, scratches, etc.
Some parts, such as the power cord, have been changed since I acquired it.
While I cannot know its condition when new, I believe it has retained a relatively original state for an item 60 years old.

Regarding shipping, please allow us to discuss separately as the cost will vary significantly depending on the packaging.
Direct pickup (in Yokohama City) is also possible.

As this is a very old item, I must ask for no claims and no returns.
