This is a cover that can be placed over the parasol when not in use.
It was used only once for a short period.
After that, it was stored without being used again.
The outer bag and instruction manual got wet.
The bag has stains, and the instruction manual is as shown in the photos.
There are no dirt or stains on the cover itself.
