1. Suitable for practicing contact sports. For sports like rugby, when using it as a tackle mitt, you often tackle from an angle rather than straight on to effectively engage the opponent.
While cylindrical sandbags allow tackling from any direction, a square sandbag with its corners makes it easier to visually grasp the positioning required for tackling diagonally by focusing on the sandbag.

2. For those using it for fitness, such as women, when practicing punches and kicks with a parallel stance, the rotational power of the hips isn't fully utilized.
By using a square sandbag and practicing movements that twist the hips while being mindful of the diagonal, you can train the obliques and hip flexors, which contribute to creating a slimmer waist.

■POINT 1: The chain attachment points where force is applied during strikes are reinforced.
