This was produced as a commemorative item for the 30th anniversary of Studio Pierrot (Pierrot Co., Ltd.).
The greeting letter is dated August, Heisei 20 (2008).
It was given to me by an acquaintance, so I don't have much information and am unsure how it was distributed, but I suspect it was a non-sale item distributed to related parties, shareholders, etc.!
It was sold for 50,000 yen at a certain auction in 2022!
The design is an original illustration drawn specifically for Studio Pierrot, making it very rare!
It would be great for displaying in your room or for a collection!
