This is a compact, circular version of the common rectangular turn board widely used in ballet and dance studios, designed to help you better focus on your center and axis.
It also allows you to practice with your center of gravity closer to a relevé (on your toes).
The mechanism and usage are the same as a standard rectangular turn board.
*The board itself does not have a rotating mechanism.
------------------------------------
The floor contact surface has a gentle arc, allowing it to rotate like a spinning top.
Therefore, it is an excellent product for practicing the awareness of your axis and for core training required for turns.
