〇 Four types of exercise with one device
This fitness core board allows you to achieve aerobic exercise, strength training, and core training simultaneously, as well as stretching. It has a weight capacity of 120kg. The main body is made of 7 layers of zelkova wood, providing a natural flex. The basic operation is to stand on the board and step while maintaining balance. It also comes with two types of resistance tubes with different strengths (loads). By using the tubes, you can perform 16 patterns of training, similar to gym equipment.

〇 For chest and back stretching
Turn the board upside down, lie on your back, and slowly move your arms upwards for chest stretching. Continue to slowly move your arms upwards, and once you are accustomed to it, stretch your back by extending one leg at a time.
