This is a vintage Tokan Japan Epicure ceramic quiche baking dish with a printed Quiche Lorraine recipe. Made in Japan, this oven-to-table stoneware baker is circa 1970s - 80s and is marked Epicure – Oven to Table to Dishwasher – TOKAN U – Japan on the back.
