Thank you for looking.
I purchased this for putting my baby to sleep and for home workouts during telework, but I barely used it and am selling it because it takes up space.
Perfect for core training!
This balance ball is useful for yoga, Pilates, stretching, and strength training. Even just sitting on it can strengthen your core, aiding in weight loss and posture improvement. It's also recommended for postpartum care and prenatal exercise!
The included stability ring assists with various exercises. It also solves the problem of the ball rolling around and getting in the way when placed in a room.
It has been used very little, so there are no noticeable major scratches or dirt, but please consider your purchase with the understanding that it is a used item.
