This is a set of:
An unused expander and a used hand grip.

The expander was purchased as a replacement for one that broke while in use. It was taken out of the box to be ready for immediate use, and the box has since been discarded.

Unfortunately, before I could use the replacement expander, my current one broke (;_;) and due to health reasons, I am no longer able to do any strength training at all, which is why I am selling this item.

As mentioned above, this item has been opened but is unused.
Due to the nature of rubber, dust tends to adhere even after wiping, and it cannot be completely removed.
If this point would bother you, it would be best to look for another item.

※ Regarding tension indicators: We cannot provide information on the tension per band (kg) as the outer box with the instruction manual is missing.
If the maximum load is not sufficient for you, we recommend it for concentric training. I believe it can be used by beginners to advanced users, adjusting the resistance levels to train at an appropriate intensity for each level.
