This Limited Edition No. 194 of only 250 produced was designed by Ervin A. Schielke and cast by the Missouri Breaks Mint in Hazen, North Dakota. The front features an intricately sculpted prairie scene with a horse-drawn wagon, family, and farmstead beneath the “Kruckenberg” name, commemorating 1888–1988 and “100 Years in America.” The reverse includes the family genealogy and historical inscription tracing the Kruckenberg family from Arzis, Bessarabia (Russia) to Mercer County, North Dakota.
