Perfect for adding a touch of elegance to any space. 2 plates/dishes Limoges, France Shell-Shaped Plates, Trinket Dishes Porcelain, White Design: Blue Floral, butterflies Makers marks on back: Limoges, France for porcelain. I don't know the J mark - could be the decorator house or the retailer. Approximate Measurements Rim Diameter 5.5 x 5 Pre-owned. Very Good Condition Production issue: There appears to be a dent on the upper right edge of each piece - see photos 6 and 7. Both are glazed over so not a chip - this appears to be from the mold. Minor wear from use - see photo 13 for example. This floral design with butterflies was used by several Manufacturers on limoge porcelain (e.g., Paragon, Bernardaud). I used these as bonbon plates and trinket dishes.
