We’re glad you’re here. Good Works Food Shelf provides food assistance to individuals and families in our community. Walk-ins are welcome.
Distribution schedule
Tuesdays: Food Rescue Distribution
11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Food-rescue items are available while supplies last. Available food varies from week to week.
Tuesday Food Rescue visits do not count toward the twice-monthly food shelf visit limit.
Fridays: Food Shelf Distribution
3:00–6:00 p.m.
Households may visit the food shelf up to twice per month.
Holiday schedule and the new year
Thanksgiving basket distribution: Wednesday, November 18, 2 to 6 p.m.
Open Friday, November 20, 3 to 6 p.m. for regular service.
Closed Tuesday, November 24 and Friday, November 27 for Thanksgiving.
Service resumes Tuesday, December 1 (Food Rescue distribution, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) and continues through Friday, December 18, our last service day of the year.
Closed December 19 through January 4. We reopen Tuesday, January 5, 2027, and annual registration begins: every household registers fresh for the new year.
What to expect
- Walk-ins are welcome.
- Registration is completed in person when you arrive.
- You do not need to bring identification or other documents.
- Food selection varies depending on availability.
- Food is free, and people receiving food are not asked to donate.
Good Works Food Shelf participates in The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP).
